The CNC machine must be flexible moveable through the plant. So it needs to be possible to place on wheels. Once in position, the CNC frame should take the pressure off the wheels. It starts with making a basic frame of 6 ~8 mm of steel, in which the machine will be placed. Everything will be stitched at first with with a mig/mag welder at 180 Amps. The position of the wheels are important because of the height of the machine. After everything is placed at the right spot, the welding can be finished.
The machine foot will stand lower than the wheels to gain height, so that the machine has more space to operate. The paintjob will finish the CNC frame and it is ready to use. This frame can hold more than 1,5 ton (1500kg) and each wheel 500kg in weight.
