At a young age I was under the impression of the 500ccm two stroke motorcycles (GP500). unfortunately these motor cycles are not for sale at a local shop. So I thought if they are not for sell , then I need to make it myself. I work every Thursday night onthe bike. It took me 4 years to finish the bike in the end. I manufactured the complete bike myself with the help of tooling like CNC milling and turing.
I needed the fit the frame and wheels to get the bike on wheels. I used the turing lathe and welding machine. I had only a few pictures of a real race bike as a reference. I needed to design the hole bike by myself, by making pictures and compaire it with the orginal pictures. Making the exhaust pipes and cut them in small pieces to fit the spagetti looks on the bike.

Painting the bike makes the difference! first ground paint and than the colors on the bike. In a later stage I changed the front end of the bike and the brakes with 8 piston 320mm discs. Also changed the rear shock to an Olhins.
Painted in the right colors, the bike is finished, it took 4 years to built the bike. But still today changes are made to improve the bike.
